first arrangement for a track for an upcoming album. trying to keep the album a little more "composed" and approaching it "seriously" rather than the more free-form "throw an improvisation at the wall and see what sticks about it" approach I took for the first couple EPs. big thing I consciously did that I did not do with the EPs was look at the big giant block chord I smashed down for the draft sketch and go "you know I can probably thin this out and spread it out more" and everything sounds less dense! wow amazing I love Listening To Arrangement Advice Finally. the fact that I've played out both live and have played with others has helped a lot in getting a more practical understanding of that rather than "someone on the internet said so"

unsure whether I want to add more development to the different parts, but that's something I will address after I get more draft arrangements out and get a sense of what the album wants to be vs what I said the album would be earlier this year.
